About Us
We are a small family run Bed & Breakfast just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Located in Paignton, the Cliveden Guest House features a garden and is situated 400 yards from Paignton Pier. We offer free WiFi access throughout and free parking for 6 cars on-site.
Each room at the Cliveden Guest House includes a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. We offer bathrobe and slippers for the external bathrooms.
In the mornings, a full English breakfast is served with a variety of extras including fruit, cereal, yoghurts and juices. A wide range of alternatives are available.
Paignton Railway Station is just 5 minutes' walk from the Cliveden Guest House. There are also numerous shops, restaurants, and bars within a 5 minute stroll.
We stayed at the end of March firca few days. Very lovely home from home. Breakfast was delicious and a great experience New owners Vicky and Ian were very welcoming and a lovely couple. They are a working on changing the style of the B&B. Looking forward to seeing the changes next time we go down.

Both Ian & Vicki couldn't do enough for our group of 7. Acted on all requests, friendly and welcoming. Having only been running the place for 2 months and all of us could see they will progress with inprovements they are looking to carry out. All hoping to stay again sometime soon. One of the most comfy beds ever slept in. Ideal location for all amenities that Paignton has to offer.
